The lower floor has a game room with 65" TV, Foosball, Ping pong and extra refrigerator for beverages. The game room opens to the outside lawn area with chairs, umbrellas, tables and a grill for relaxing, cooking or looking at the amazing ocean in front of the home.

From every corner of the living space, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of a picturesque cove and one of Maine's beautiful pebbly beaches.
