The octagonal “Wikingturm” is a high-rise residential building in Schleswig. It is 90 metres tall and has 27 floors. It is located near a marina on the Schlei, right in the water at the end of a dead-end street (“Callisenstraße/Wikingeck”), about 500 metres from Gottorf Castle.

The Wikingturm is within walking distance from a public car park via a long bridge. About 200 metres from the car park is an underground car park with a free parking space for the apartment. Along the footpath to the tower is a small, well-maintained public garden. In the immediate vicinity of the tower, there is a Chinese/Mongolian restaurant and a bowling alley next to it; about 500 metres further on is a Greek restaurant.

Apartment No. 11 on the 20th floor is located directly across from the lift. The apartment features a combined living and kitchen area with a sleeper sofa, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. From the bedroom, you can enjoy a view of Gottorf Castle and the Higher Regional Court. You can access the balcony from the living area, where you’ll find two chairs and a table. The living room features a ceiling fan above the TV for hot days. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven and a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), as well as a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The washing machine and dryer are located in the shared basement and require tokens, which are available for purchase in the apartment.

Towels, bed linens, and final cleaning are included in the price.
