## The Space

Located above our barn, this bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment was completely renovated with comfort and style in mind. From the moment you arrive, you'll appreciate the thoughtful details that make this space feel like home.

The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new appliances, butcher block countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A dedicated coffee station with a coffee maker and microwave makes mornings easy, while the dining table comfortably seats four.

The open-concept living room is filled with natural light thanks to a stunning 12-foot sliding glass door overlooking the woods and peaceful water views. Relax on the comfortable seating while watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy the quiet scenery outside.

The spacious bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, plus a daybed that converts into two twin beds, making the apartment ideal for couples, families, or small groups. A second Smart TV is located in the bedroom so everyone can unwind at the end of the day.

## A Working Homestead

Our family lives on the property and is actively building our dream homestead. While your apartment is completely private with its own entrance, you may occasionally see us working around the property.

Our free-range chickens often wander through parts of the property (and sometimes the driveway), and you'll likely hear birds singing, frogs at night, and other sounds of nature. We also keep honeybee hives on the property, located well away from the guest areas. Many guests enjoy experiencing the charm of a real New Hampshire homestead while still having all the comforts of a modern vacation rental.
