If the 12v lights stop lift the top stair and push the botton to reset them. If the AC shuts off the tank is full. Message me.

I am an avid traveler both personally and professionally. I came to Providence to work for a year and buying a boat turned out to be the most affordable way to live. I ended up falling in love with this place so I bought a second boat. Both will be for rent when I'm away buy for now I'm sharing the Pink Lady with you all. I hope you like her.

Why they chose this property

The marina is amazing and this location is close to everything. Either by walking everything in the immediate area or ebiking downtown or to parks this the most perfect location in town. I can kayak into downtown from here. Motor out the bay to private beaches. Walk right out of the marina a get great food and drinks in my back yard.

What makes this property unique

Well it's a boat. lol. It also has a more female centric vibe to it. I wanted to create a space that felt inviting to women. No need to deal with boys. Poor yourself a drink, lay out, turn on the tunes, enjoy yourself. This boat caters to you. Men can be comfortable on the boat but boats in general are geared towards men. Not this one! This one is for the ladies. No shortage of other boats for you fella's.
