Just a few minutes’ walk from Duhn’s sandy beach lies our lovingly furnished holiday home at Am Ringwall 30, nestled on a particularly quiet street on the edge of the nature reserve. The location combines proximity to the beach with soothing tranquility: Situated behind the busier beach road, the small street Ringwall offers a sheltered setting and is therefore very popular with families. Across the water lies the island of Neuwerk, and the historic Tingstätte within the nature reserve lends the area a special character.<br>On the ground floor, a bright, welcoming living-dining area opens up, inviting you to relax with its cosy sofa arrangement, plenty of pillows, and a small collection of games. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped—with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and everything you need for shared meals. The shower room with a toilet and a heated towel rack is also located on the ground floor.<br>Upstairs are two cosy bedrooms with hardwood floors and high-quality beds made of solid beech wood. The larger room features a double bed (180 × 200 cm), while the smaller one has two single beds (90 × 190 cm each)—ideal for families or couples who value peace and comfort. A private, spacious parking space right next to the house ensures a convenient arrival.<br>The beach is about 400 m away, and the centre of Duhn—with its shops, restaurants, and beach promenade—is about a ten-minute walk. The AHOI! water park, featuring a seawater surf pool, saunas, and a thermal bath area, is also nearby and invites you to linger in every season.<br>The house is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and it accommodates up to four people. Rentals are handled through the Heberling rental office at the entrance to Duhnen, where you can also conveniently handle key pickup, the visitor’s tax, and final cleaning.
