Spend your family holiday or a getaway with friends—up to 4 people—in this cosy holiday home with its own large garden. This comfortably furnished, smoke-free holiday home is located in a particularly quiet area within a holiday home community in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Duhnen sandy beach as well as the ahoi water park.
From the entrance, you’ll step directly into the spacious living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the property’s large, beautifully landscaped garden. On the private terrace, you can relax wonderfully during the warmer months and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The spacious living-dining area inside the house features a sitting area, TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a separate dining area. A small kitchen is connected to the living area and is equipped with, among other things, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a shower room with a toilet on the ground floor.
A space-saving staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located. These are equipped with a double bed, two single beds, and storage space. Stair gates are also available for your use.

You can conveniently park your car on the driveway in front of the house or on the street. Additional parking is available on Christian-Brütt-Weg.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in this holiday home.


The holiday home has a large garden with a west-facing terrace, and the garage serves as a storage area for bicycles.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. – Return keys to the rental office or via the communal postbox.
