About this property
Modern living at the South Coast of Sweden, nearby Kivik
This beautiful and modern holiday alternative is part of a Skåne farm, namely an extended and furnished/equipped studio about 5 kilometers outside the summer town of Kivik and one kilometer away from the Baltic Sea coast of Skåne with its fantastical extended sandy beaches.
The studio consists of a kitchen corner, a living room, a bedloft under the roof as well as a tiled bathroom with shower. Totally the accomodation offers enough room for up to five persons. A terrace with garden furniture and grill completes the offer.
A "mini-spa" with wood-burning hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna is available to all guests.
The facility which is located approximately 100m from the house can be used at no extra cost. Firewood is on site. If you want the service that the landlord fires is under the hot tub so that you can only jump in, you can rent this service for an extra charge of 1000 SEK per day.
The standard which you will experience is of good quality and is a reason for well-being. The living room has flat TV with DVD in order to have an alternative if the weather once is not suited for bathing.
One kilometer away from here you will find the national park of "Stenshuvud Nationalpark" with its deciduous woodland areas and viewing platforms over the Hanö bay at the Baltic Sea. This regions is particularly popular with the local citizens because of its beautiful sandy beaches along the coast and the idyllical fishing villages, which characterize the coastal area.
Golfers will find five first-class golf courses distributed around this accomodation.
Some events in the year change this region into a place of pilgrimage for Swedish and foreign tourists. During the Easter week the "Kostrundan" opens its doors, where nearly all studios and craftsmen of the surrounding display/exhibit their offers and sell their articles.
The market of Kivik in July and the apple market in September are still more highlights which you should visit if you have your holidays during that time.
Bedroom with double bed (180 cm), living room with convertible sofa as well as an extra bed when required
Sat TV: Boxer (Swedish channels)
