A dream holiday apartment on the 1st floor of the building on the right at the shipyard, with a magnificent view to the south and east of the shipyard and the Schlei.
Spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen, balcony (garden furniture, umbrella), and a beautiful view of the Schlei and the shipyard grounds.
Kitchenette with ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle.
2 bedrooms with double beds (2x 90x200 cm) – storage space for clothing available.
Two bathrooms, each with a shower and a hair dryer.
Technical amenities: flat-screen TV (45 inches), hi-fi system, Wi-Fi, satellite TV.
Additional amenities: Game collection, ironing board, iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner.
Bicycle storage on the shipyard grounds.
Shared laundry room with reading corner, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated: €4 per load—€1 coins required).
For a fee, you can moor a boat at the shipyard’s dock (werft.arnis@gmx.de).
