The best way to describe Villa Bogijeva would be "unique". Luxurious and breathtaking, the villa has a unique location - it is situated on a rocky elevation with a great view that you will never forget. With a total of 3 bedrooms, all with double beds, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with direct access to the terrace and pool area. One of the bedrooms is also located on the first floor, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are on the second floor. Flooded with light and decorated with love, the villa will take your breath away. However, it is the surroundings that are truly incomparable. Imagine yourself enjoying the sun by the pool overlooking Rabac and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. There is something else about this villa that is very special. If you're feeling adventurous, you can test your climbing skills right next to your luxury accommodation. If you want to dine al fresco, there is an outdoor dining area for 8 people, with Labin in the background and a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and the town of Rabac, Villa Bogijeva has a truly unique location. The villa is located on a rocky elevation and is surrounded by lush forest and breathtaking nature. The charming towns of Labin and Rabac are only a short drive away from the villa. Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town are home to well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and ateliers. Various jazz and classical music festivals take place in the summer months. The coastal town of Labin is Rabac, a former fishing village and today a pretty coastal town with many pebble beaches and excellent restaurants. You can hire a boat and explore the hidden coves along the coast, or go on a fishing trip in a fishing boat. In the evening, Rabac is a wonderful place to stroll by the sea and dine in one of the many fish restaurants with terraces by the water. Rabac is known as the 'pearl of the Kvarner Bay' because of its small fishing village atmosphere, breathtaking bays and crystal-clear water. IMPORTANT: The location of the villa on a rocky outcrop is difficult to access for low-slung sports cars.
