Gorgeous home in Labin

This beautiful and modern furnished vacation home with private outdoor pool is located only 10 minutes by car from the well-known fishing village Rabac. Ripenda Verbanci belongs to Labin and is a tranquil place with lots of greenery. The three units of the house can be reached only from the outside, they are not connected with each other. On the 1st floor there is an apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The remaining two units are located on the first floor, one is equipped with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and the other with bathroom, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms (1 passage room). In the well-kept garden, the swimming pool invites you to an invigorating cooling on hot summer days. The historic old town of Labin, with numerous sights and art galleries, is definitely worth a visit. In just a few minutes by car you can also reach the most beautiful beaches of the area in the well-known resort of Rabac.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr wunderschön gelegen, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Uns hat dort nichts gefehlt. Man hat dort seine Ruhe und ist etwas außerhalb von der Touristen. Wir waren Ende August in Labin- Rabac und würde nur ein Haus mit Pool empfehlen weil es dort leider kaum Strände gibt und wenn sind diese überfüllt und man muss zeitig los um dort einen Platz zu bekommen. Ich kann das Haus nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Vor allem mit Kindern denn die können sich dort austoben und wir Mütter können auch mal entspannen weil es an nichts fehlt. Wenn es ein Problem gab war die Hausherrin sofort da und hat es behoben. Alles bestens!

Eigentlich ganz gut, nur das wir in der Parterre-Wohnung mit Ameisen zu kämpfen hatten :-(
