Experience nature at its best in this two bedroom house settled in a beautiful and quiet village of Škabrnja. Surrounded by the vineyard and various fruit trees you will enjoy in total privacy.



In front of the house, there is a private swimming pool with sunbeds and chairs which offer you relaxation. What makes this villa different from the others is that the owner produces eco-grown fruits and vegetables so you will have the opportunity to enjoy freshly harvested fruits and vegetables. With your own private garden, you have a big terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or meal. Villa also offers barbecue so you can prepare traditional Dalmatian specialties to your family and friends.

First time in Croatia

We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. (the roads are excellent) Would thoroughly recommend Villa Andu!

Nice place and fantastic hosts

Skabrnja is 25 minutes by car from Zadar. It's a cosy little village and gives you an impression of rural life in Croatia. The house is really nice and the premises was spotless and very well maintained. The best of all, however, was our host Ana. We couldn't be more happy with her. When we arrived at the house she had prepared a ham and cheese plate for us. There was water in the fridge and chocolate for the kids. She also took effort in helping with all our requests. Top notch!

Great holiday property

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The host was very friendly and we could communicate in english. She welcommed us with a huge platter of ham and cheese, fresh baguette, two huge water melons and sweet peaches from her own garden. This was really kind. The property was very clean and plesently decorated. There was plenty of outdoor space and comfortable sitting. We enjoyed a hot weather of 32degrees Celcius. This was our first time in Croatia and we were really impressed with its beauty. Zadar was the nearest city - about 20 minutes away from the house. We also visited Plitvice Lakes, Krka national Park, town of Sibenik, and Vir island. We would recommend to see all these places, all unique and charming. Thank you Ana for welcoming us to your house.

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön. Es war genau, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Bilder auf den Online Seiten sind nicht aktuell. Es hat wohl zwischenzeitlich eine Modernisierung stattgefunden die noch nicht online ist.

Super Urlaub

Ein toller Ort, um Erholung zu finden! Gleichzeitig bietet die Lage einen guten Startpunkt für abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge zu Stränden, nach Zadar oder in die Berge. Ana war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar und trotzdem zurückhaltend war. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Schöner Sommerurlaub in Kroatien

Wir haben die Zeit in unserem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Ana war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns mit frischem Obst, kalten Getränken und einer Wurst- und Käseplatte willkommen geheißen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und hat Platz für eine Familie. Für 6 Personen wird es a.M.S sehr eng. Der Pool ist ausreichend und sauber, war aufgrund des Wetters kühl, aber den Kindern hat dies nichts ausgemacht. Der Ort ist sehr ländlich, hat aber 3 kleine Supermärkte. Großeinkäufe sind in ca. 20 Minuten Entfernung in Zadar möglich. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Danke Ana.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger, dörflicher Umgebung

Unsere Familie hat zwei entspannte Wochen in dem schönen, modernen Ferienhaus mit Pool verbracht. Das Haus ist zentral in der Region gelegen, man benötigt zu jedem Ziel ca. 30 min, d.h. zum Meer, den Bergen oder nach Zadar, Nin. Die Anfahrt ist unkompliziert und das Haus gut erreichbar. Die dörfliche Umgebung und Nachbarschaft sind ruhig. Die Verschiebung der Anreise um ein paar Stunden war für die Vermieterin kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit der äußerst hilfsbereiten Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Alle unsere Anliegen wurden innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet und schnell erfüllt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem Nötigen (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Grillmöglichkeit etc.) ausgestattet. Die Terasse ist schattig, so dass man sich auch tagsüber dort gut aufhalten kann. In den Zimmern sind keine Klimaanlagen, diese befindet sich zentral im Flur, so dass alle Innentüren aufgelassen werden sollten. Zur Begrüßung gab es von der Vermieterin Brot, eine leckere Schinken-/Salamiplatte sowie viel frisches Obst aus der Region. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben

Really lovely property

The bungalow was a lovely place to stay. It is very modern, and has air con and double glazing which was a necessity if it is very hot to keep it cool inside. It was 35 degrees every day while we were there in early June, so we were very happy with the beautiful pool and pool area which we made good use of. We would recommend this property to stay at.

Peaceful location, lovely house and views

We had a lovely time staying at this property, the hosts were very responsive and friendly and the property was just as we had expected from the pictures. It was a quiet location perfect for relaxing and a short drive to Zadar or other main towns in the evening so suited us perfectly.
