The “Strandperle” villa in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz is a beautiful villa built in the resort style in 2002. The design took into account the charm of the well-known historic resort architecture.
Its exceptional and peaceful location, at the beginning of the famous Binz beach promenade (known as the “Fischerstrand”) and the Binz Granitz, with its unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, underscores its exclusivity and makes the beautiful “Strandperle” villa truly one-of-a-kind, as you can see in the small photo gallery. Right between the forest, the beach, and the sea!!!

Stylishly furnished 1- to 3-room vacation apartments await you.
Some of the apartments feature a stunning, partly unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, a parking space next to the building, a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, a washer and dryer available for a fee in the basement, and an elevator. During the summer season, you can rent a beach chair from us (on the dog-friendly beach) for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.

This 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and features a balcony with a direct view of the sea. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to two people.





This stylishly furnished 2-room apartment on the first floor of the villa offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation in a space of approximately 47 m². This non-smoking, pet-free apartment features a large, furnished balcony with a direct view of the Baltic Sea, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.

The bright living room features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, and a cozy seating area that invites you to relax. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and practical extras such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a large closet with a safe, and direct access to the balcony—ideal for enjoying the fresh sea air first thing in the morning. The bathroom is equipped with a corner shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

For your comfort during your stay, a free parking space and Wi-Fi are provided.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
