This villa was renovated in 1998 and 1999. Its wonderfully peaceful location on the beach promenade, with direct access to the Baltic Sea beach, and the unique panoramic view of the Baltic Sea from the ocean-facing apartments underscore the exclusivity of this property. Just a few metres away, and you’ll find yourself on the wide, fine sandy beach. This beautiful forest area invites you to enjoy active recreation, whether on short or longer hikes—for example, to the hunting lodge or the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. The apartments at Villa Stranddistel are equipped with every comfort and offer the perfect setting for an interesting, relaxing holiday. You’ll find stylishly furnished holiday apartments, each with its own garage, bathroom, kitchen, and cable TV.

The garage is a double parking space; the maximum height of the car should not exceed 1.60 m. If this is the case, we will be happy to provide you with a parking space in the immediate vicinity (subject to availability and for a fee).



SD Apartment 1.4:

This approximately 35 m² studio apartment is located on the mezzanine level. The apartment is non-smoking and features 1 separate bedroom; an extra bed is available in the living/kitchen area. The flooring is tiled, and the fully equipped kitchen includes electric hob, microwave, etc. a bathroom with a shower, and a double parking space is available for your car right next to the building. This apartment does not have an ocean view.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and other useful appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
The apartment includes a private parking space behind the building. The parking space is a double parking spot; the maximum height of the vehicle should not exceed 1.60 m.
