This charming holiday home is located in Baabe Beach Park, right next to the beach.

With 75 m² of living space, the holiday home is generously sized and can accommodate up to 6 people.



Information on additional costs and fees:

The security deposit is due in advance and must be paid along with the rent.

The security deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure.

Costs for electricity (0.45 € per kWh) and water (6.50 € per m³) are billed based on consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for a fee.

The visitor’s tax is due prior to arrival.

A parking space near the house is available free of charge.

An additional parking space can be rented for a fee.



The tasteful furnishings create a cosy atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home.



On the ground floor, you’ll find the spacious living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, the spa-style bathroom, and the first bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and features two single beds.

Additional sleeping accommodation is available on the loft, which offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area.



After an eventful day, relax in the on-site sauna or enjoy a soak in the hot tub.



The fireplace provides extra relaxation and promises cosy, warm evenings.



The terrace invites you to relax outdoors and is equipped with patio furniture and a beach chair. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air and let your mind wander.
