This modern and stylishly furnished, accessible holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in 74 m² of living space. It is located on the 2nd floor of a building newly constructed in 2023 and is easily accessible by elevator.

The apartment features an inviting living room with an open-plan design that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy cozy evenings on the comfortable sofa or a meal at the dining table, which offers ample space for socializing. A digital TV connection provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.

A particular highlight of the accommodation is the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area – the perfect spot to start your day with a coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals.

Two bedrooms each offer a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a grab bar and underfloor heating for added comfort. A vanity mirror and hairdryer are also provided. A washing machine is available for shared use in the neighboring house, ensuring you always have freshly laundered clothes, even during longer stays. Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring a boat and moor it at a berth directly at the Pionierhafen (Pioneer Harbor) for a fee. Please contact us for details.

The development of the newly built "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual transformation.
