The Xenia houseboat can accommodate up to 3 people. In addition to the spacious living area with an integrated kitchenette, the FLOATING 44 features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The bathroom features a comfortable “rain shower,” a toilet, and a sink.
As a special wellness feature, this houseboat includes an infrared sauna for 2 people, offering you a soothing and relaxing experience.

On the roof, a large terrace offers sunny spots and a sweeping view.

The houseboat features a modern, nautical design and furnishings. It features a spacious living area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette, as well as two bedrooms. (1 double bed, 1 single bed) Air conditioning for cooling and heating. The bathroom includes a comfortable rain shower, toilet, and sink.
An infrared cabin for 2 people provides cosy warmth and relaxation on cool days.
On the roof, a comfortably furnished rooftop terrace offers additional space for sunbathing.

Outdoor area: Large rooftop terrace with a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 lounge chair, and a parasol; parking at the harbour

You may bring one pet on board with a maximum shoulder height of 40 cm. All dangerous dog breeds are excluded. Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved. Pet surcharge according to the price list.

Wi-Fi: The harbour provides Wi-Fi access to all guests in the harbour; some services may incur a fee. You will receive the code from the caretaker upon check-in. Depending on usage, the Wi-Fi connection may be subject to fluctuations in availability.

Tourist tax for guests 18 years and older: €2.00 per person per day. Guests under 18 are exempt from this fee!
Security deposit = €200.00 is to be paid upon arrival on-site (by 31.12.2025) or will be included in the total travel cost (starting at 01.01.2026).

The fixed houseboats are an ideal home away from home for anyone who loves the special atmosphere on the water… yet still wants to stay on land.
