The Ilsebill holiday home is located in Gager on the Mönchgut Peninsula at the southeastern tip of Rügen. You have a direct view of the marina, which is within walking distance. The house, built in the Swedish style, offers a view of the Hagensche Wiek all the way to Granitz Hunting Lodge on Tempelberg. The Zickersche Alpen are part of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve; they are ecologically grazed by sheep and are a paradise for hikers and walkers. Not far from the house is Boddenstrand, a popular spot for kite surfers. A well-developed network of bike paths also starts right at your doorstep. The fine-sand beach between Lobbe and the seaside resort of Thiessow is only about 1.5 km away. The popular Baltic Sea resorts of Göhren and Sellin, with their numerous restaurants and traditional seaside architecture, are also very close by. If you’d like to escape the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts but still want quick access to many attractions and beaches, you’ll feel right at home at Haus Ilsebill.

The Scandinavian-style Haus Ilsebill offers approximately 100 m² of living space across two floors, accommodating up to 6 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot. In the bright and open-concept entryway, a coat rack and a shoe cabinet provide the first storage space. In the adjoining cosy Nordic-style living and dining area—which features floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the front yard—a comfortable couch with a coffee table and TV stand invites you to relax with a book. Or you can watch your favourite film or TV series on the smart TV. Thanks to the broadband connection (Wi-Fi), you can also stream via your usual service. For music lovers, there’s a stereo system with Bluetooth and an USB port. To stay cosy on cooler days, a wood-burning Swedish stove is available. On the bookshelf, you’ll find not only books about Rügen but also a variety of board games. From the living area, you’ll pass the hallway and staircase on your way to the kitchenette. It features a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an oven, which is positioned at a comfortable working height. In addition to the standard kitchen appliances, the kitchen is also equipped with an electric kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a blender, an immersion blender, an egg cooker, and a toaster. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area at the dining table, which is furnished with modern swivel chairs. A tall cabinet stocked with wine and water glasses rounds out the culinary experience, allowing you to reflect on the day over a relaxing glass of wine. The patio door leads to the sun-facing front yard. On the east-facing terrace, a wooden table, rattan chairs, a parasol, and a built-in grill invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The lawn area offers enough space for playing games with the children or setting up a clothesline. The lower-level bathroom, which is lit by natural light, features a shower, a bathtub, a sink area, a toilet, a hair dryer, a bathroom cabinet, and a sauna for 2–3 people, rounding out the small wellness area. The illuminated spiral staircase leads to the gallery on the ground floor. Three bedrooms branch off from here. Each bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with a nightstand and lighting, a tall cabinet, a chest of drawers, and a smart TV. Two of the bedrooms open onto the sun-facing wooden balcony (east), from which you can already enjoy a view of the Bodden and the picturesque harbour. All bedrooms and rooms also feature floor-to-ceiling curtains and insect screens. From the loft, you can access the second natural-light bathroom, which features a shower, a toilet, a sink area, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. A storage room with cleaning supplies, an ironing board, an iron, and storage space for your luggage is located in both the lower and upper areas. A high chair is provided for our younger guests. Your four-legged friends are welcome for a fee. The carport attached to the house provides shelter for one car. An additional parking space is also included for your use. You can store any bicycles you’ve rented or brought with you in the shed. You can book an initial laundry package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small hand towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or you can bring your own to supplement it.
