Nestled in the heart of the Haute-Savoie mountains, Chalet de la Joux is a spacious and peaceful retreat for families and groups of up to 7 guests. Located in Saint-Sigismond, a short walk from the charming village, the chalet is surrounded by nature with hiking trails right on the doorstep—perfect for families with children and guests traveling with dogs.



The chalet offers 110 m² of bright, well-organised living space on a single level, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a large private terrace ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing in the mountain air.



Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed

- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed

- Bedroom 3: single bed and bunk bed (sleeps 3)

- Bathroom with bathtub; bed linen and towels provided



Laundry: For stays of a week or longer, a washer and dryer are available on-site so you can refresh towels and linen without packing extra.



Outdoors: Enjoy the large private terrace and garden—a perfect spot to unwind after a day in the mountains. The surrounding trails are great for walking with pets.



Parking: One private garage space plus four outdoor parking spots at the property, all included.



Pets: Up to two pets are welcome free of charge.



Wi-Fi and TV included throughout.



Exploring the region: The chalet is an excellent base for day trips. Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval and Samoëns are just minutes away. Morzine is approximately 30 minutes by car. Annecy and Chamonix are less than 1 hour by car.

Charming location up on the mountains. Beautiful small town and wonderful home. House was clean and worked well. Shower was a little strange and had a hinge on the head that could sometimes turn and spray outside the shower. Otherwise we just couldn't get over the view, it was incredible looking outside through the windows or hiking through the towns.

Un chalet cocooning et moderne, idéalement situé.

Pros: Le chalet est situé dans un petit village à quelques kms des stations de skis. Très agréable à vivre, spacieux, chaleureux, pratique, avec toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires. Notre hôte a fait preuve de beaucoup de disponibilité et de souplesse à nos demandes. Parfait! Idéal pour les familles avec enfants, même jeunes. Le voisinage est très sympathique et la région est magnifique!

Un court passage dans une belle région

Nous étions invités à un mariage sur plusieurs jours. Nous étions plus nombreux que le nombre recommandé pour ce chalet, mais tout s'est très bien passé - nous aurions juste aimé avoir une 2ème salle de bains, mais même cela s'est bien passé. L'endroit est généralement très calme et facilement accessible, l'appartement bien décoré. Nous le recommandons bien sûr aux futurs voyageurs. Pour les courses alimentaires etc. il faut avoir une voiture ou un bon vélo.
