Located near the picturesque village of Samoens and a few minutes by car from the Morillon ski lifts (equipped with ample parking), this chalet is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It is located in the heart of the Grand Massif ski area (including the resorts of Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz, Samoëns, Sixt), which, with its 265 km of slopes, is one of the largest ski areas in France.
The chalet, of recent construction, is bright and spacious, with large bay windows providing a magnificent 180 ° view of the mountains and the valley.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, with wardrobe and cupboards. 2 of them have balconies with a superb view (effect guaranteed upon waking ...). 3 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds which can be pushed together to form a double bed. One bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) ideal for children but which can also accommodate adults.
With its 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, you will not be cramped.
Its fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living / dining room, allows you to share convivial meals around a raclette or a fondue (appliances available at the chalet). But before, the aperitif is essential, installed in the 3 large sofas by the fireside.
The practical laundry room will allow you to store your equipment and dry your ski gear.
Its complete equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, TV, DVD, HIfi, satellite, wifi ....) will make your stay pleasant.
This chalet is a real cozy nest with underfloor heating and a wood stove.
Outside, you have at your disposal 3 parking spaces. The garden around the house allows children to take full advantage of the mountain air by making snowmen and sledding (track at the foot of the chalet), in complete safety. A large wooden terrace also allows you to enjoy the panorama.
