Parking is free on site. Fully fenced in for pet friendly stay, with a reminder to keep gates closed for the safety of fur friends.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When leaving the premises, please lock the property by pressing the Yale button on the keypad at the side door primary entrance.
Please to place used towels in the basement by the washer. Also to wipe any soiled surfaces. Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink and a broom in the hall linen closet.
If you have brought a furry friend, the expectation is that you will retrieve any yard waste and dispose of it in the trash bin. There would be an extra fee if this house/property rule is neglected.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must register the correct amount of tenants, subject to fees. Security cameras are present at all entries for host and guest security
