Welcome to Ca L'Oliera, a spacious 126 m² apartment known for its cozy atmosphere and prime location in the historic center of Dénia, just 200 meters from the town center and 850 meters from the beaches of the Costa Blanca.



The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a large living-dining room with TV, and 3 balconies where you can enjoy the ambiance of Dénia’s old town. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay.

Super tolle Lage sehr freundliche Gastgeberin

Pros: Das Haus war sehr gut gelegen. Die Einrichtung war modern und super gut. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gadtgeberin Cons: Leider kaum Parkplätze, die Gastgeberin konnte uns aber weiterhelfen. Der Bewegungsmelder im Duschbad war etwas störend, schön wäre die Wahl zwischen dauerhaft oder Bewegungsmelder gewesen
