The heart of the apartment is the living and dining area with an open kitchen, located between the two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

One of the bedrooms features a double bed (180x200 cm) with two adjustable slatted frames and a TV. From this bedroom, you can access the apartment’s private balcony. The other bedroom has a bed measuring 140x200 cm.

Both bedrooms each lead to a shower room with natural light.

Guests are also welcome to use the shared balcony on the 1st floor or the shared terrace.

The "Wellen und Meer" apartment building is located right next to Büsum Harbour (150 metres away) and also close to the popular Alleestraße with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Despite its central location, you’ll enjoy a very peaceful stay here. The building features apartments for 2–4 people. Pets are allowed upon request. Each apartment has a parking space available at the building. In addition to the private balconies in some units, you’re welcome to use the communal terrace
and the communal balcony on the 1st floor. Bicycles can be stored in a carport next to the building.
