Guests of this beautiful modern house will enjoy the spectacular view of the sea and the Kvarner islands. One of the most beautiful beaches in Istria, Klan?ac beach, is only 2 km away. Guests have access to an outdoor pool, a covered terrace with seating, barbecue, sun loungers, parasols and a parking lot.
In the vicinity of the house there are numerous marked cycling and hiking trails leading to the U?ka Nature Park and the highest peak of U?ka, Vojak 1401 m. For adrenaline addicts, there is also a paragliding ramp in U?ka. The values for which U?ka was declared a nature park are its relief and close proximity to the sea, which led to the development of a specific climate and lush forest vegetation, as well as numerous endemic and protected plant and animal species.

Villa Oliv One consists of a first floor with living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, laundry room and wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna, shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a separate living unit with living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people aged 26 years or younger. It is not permitted to book this property if you are a youth group or stag party, as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival or during your stay, making you ineligible for a refund.
