At the foot of the Ucka Nationl Park, this Villa Istra Panorama, completed in 2018, offers breathtaking sea views and panoramic views of Kvarner, Krk and Cres-Losinj.
The property with 343 m² of living space extends over a plot of more than 1300 m². The proximity to the glamorous Opatija and the medieval Labin, you have at any time the opportunity to escape the quiet of the property. Due to the proximity to the crystal-clear Adriatic (1000 m as the crow flies), you have the choice between the many beautiful, small bays or the 11-meter saltwater infinity pool next to the terraces.
Thanks to the eco-conscious and modern construction, the villa can be rented all year round. All floors can be heated with underfloor heating (air heat pump and solar system). In summer, the air conditioning (operated via air heat pump environmentally friendly) and 3-pane windows help to keep the heat out. With three separate entrances and three fully equipped kitchens, a relaxing stay with several families and groups is possible.
Free WiFi in the whole house, child-friendly, suitable for families with children. High chair and cot is available on request.
There is also the possibility to book in individual apartments.
