Villa Emilia offers four double bedrooms, two shower rooms, and one bathroom with a tub. Two of the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a shower room.
The kitchen, dining area, and living area are designed in a modern open-concept style. The high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace create a sense of luxury and spaciousness.

The furnished terrace, featuring an optional hot tub, allows you to enjoy pleasant hours outdoors (Please note that the hot tub must be booked in advance. Last-minute bookings on-site are not possible, especially in winter and for short stays.).
An electric vehicle charging station is available for a one-time fee. Free parking spaces for up to three cars are available in the driveway. Additional vehicles can park on the street at no charge.

Das Ferienhaus war perfekt für unser Familientreffen. Es war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Ausstattung. Bei Ankunft war der Parkplatz eisglatt, es wurde aber in kürzester Zeit frei geräumt und begehbar gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch ein herrliches Dankeschön für den kleinen Geburtstagsgruss mit Schokolade und Blümchen!

Wir hatte tolle Weihnachten in diesem schönen, großen, modernen, hübsch dekorierten Haus. Alle waren begeistert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war schön warm, reichlich Geschirr vorhanden, tolle Bäder und ich kann den Pool nur empfehlen. Selbst unsere Oma hatte mit ihrem Rollator keine Probleme und die Kids hatten auch reichlich Platz. Zur Begrüßung gab es leckeren Sekt und Pralinen-vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir bedanken uns für das wunderschöne Ferienhaus. Alles sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr ruhig und ungewöhnlich schön angelegt. Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre noch zusätzlich eine Thermoskanne, da bei 8 Mann eine Kaffeemaschine nicht ausreicht. Aber, dass ist wirklich der einzigster Punkt zur Vervollständigung des Ferienhauses. Nochmals Danke und wir empfehlen dieses Objekt auf jedem Fall weiter.

Modernes, qualitativ hochwertiges Haus in einer sehr schönen gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Das Haus lässt keine wünsche offen. Gerne wieder. Hinweis zur Ausstattung - schön wäre es wenn im Schlafzimmer EG auch Vorhänge wären, die Markisen sind sehr lichtdurchlässig. Küche - eine ganz normale Pfanne und Kochlöffel fehlt. Das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns recht herzlich für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen K. Müller

Ein qualitativ hochwertiges Haus, was keine wünsche offen lässt. Was ich sehr schön finde, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Es liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Kurzer Weg zum See.Es geht kaum besser.Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.

phantastisches Hausj

Wir haben einen Familienkurzurlaub in Lenz verbracht. Das Haus ist nicht mehr zu toppen. Ich glaube nicht, das wir ein besseres finden werden ( wir fahren jährlich mit 6 ERwachsenen und 2 Kindern und können gut vergleichen). Die Häuser im Ferienpark Lenz stehen nicht so dicht aufeinander, so dass man sich nicht " auf den Teller" schauen kann. Vom einfachen Imbiss bis zu sehr guten Gaststätten, ein großer Badestrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das Nötigste gibts am Empfang zu kaufen,Angel - Fahrradausleihmöglichkeiten- es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.Einfach nur toll.Gern wieder.
