I moved to Nebraska from Los Angeles 20 years ago. One thing I have learned about rentals is that most people want to clean place with good pots and pans, dishes, laundry room, clean beds that are comfortable and good entertainment. We do not want to be filmed on your ring cameras while we’re sitting outside, relaxing. Also, that many travelers want to bring their dog with them. I enjoy managing these properties because I can set everything up and make sure it’s clean oversee their contentment while they’re working in the area.

What makes this property unique

A lot of our travelers work at Faith health Hospital and they are so happy that they’re situated on a hill right above the hospital so they can walk to work when weather permits. It’s a three minute lovely walk!
