This beautiful 70-square-meter two-bedroom maisonette apartment is located on the upper floor of a four-family house and features a balcony with patio furniture and a parasol. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet; the children’s room, with two single beds, is located in the upper part of the apartment. A travel cot and high chair are available. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a washing machine for doing small loads of laundry.
The bright and welcoming living room naturally features a couch, TV, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for daily use, and of course, there’s also a dining table with four chairs.
The parking space is right next to the house, and there’s a separate lockable shed on the property for bicycles.
Pets are not allowed.

Latest News: Unfortunately, the stairs on the cliffs have been temporarily closed by the municipality for safety reasons. The main staircase remains freely accessible. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Hamburg: A1 → A20 towards Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
