The 67-square-meter holiday apartment is located in Villa Gesine and was completed in 2012. The holiday complex, featuring “white spa-style villas,” is located 250 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. The bright and sunny apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed. The spacious living room includes an open-concept kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and towel warmer, as well as a parking space, are of course also provided. The living room opens directly onto the spacious balcony. In terms of amenities, you’ll find a CD player, DVD player, radio, a second CD radio, and satellite TV. The high-quality built-in kitchen features a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of dishes and pots. The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating; all windows have exterior blinds. A cot and high chair are also available; for the balcony, there is balcony furniture, a parasol, a clothes rack, and an electric grill.<br>The Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen is an idyllic holiday destination.
