About this property

Beautiful vacation apartment with fantastic sea views in the Baltic seaside resort of Nienhagen

"Arrive and feel at home" is our motto here. Enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea, the tranquility, and the natural beauty this place has to offer. The 4-kilometer-long beach with barrier-free access, as well as the famous "Ghost Forest" with its bizarrely shaped trees, are located in the immediate vicinity (about 150 metres) of your holiday home. Here you can relax and unwind. This small, tranquil Baltic Sea resort between Heiligendamm and Warnemünde features several restaurants, an ice cream parlour, and a supermarket (all within a 500-meter walking distance). Interesting day trip destinations include Warnemünde (approx. 10 km), Heiligendamm (approx. 7 km), and Kühlungsborn (approx. 15 km). The bright, spacious 2-room apartment, measuring approx. 74 m², is located on the ground floor and was completely renovated following a change of ownership. A parking space (2.50 m wide) is located directly in front of the building. Storage space for bicycles is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
