Geschmackvoll Eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit Kamin

The holiday home features a very large living area with a wood-burning stove. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Three bedrooms are available for guests; two have double beds, and one room has a single bed.
A fireplace corner ensures cosy, comfortable evenings on cool summer days or during the fall and winter months.
The ground floor of the house is fully tiled, and underfloor heating creates a cosy atmosphere. The upper floor features hardwood flooring. In the kitchen, the dishwasher and stove make for a pleasant holiday. In the bathroom, the tub and shower offer relaxation after a wonderful day at the beach.
Four-legged friends are also welcome. The property is fully fenced.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee.
If you’re bringing a dog, additional fees apply.
Latest News: Unfortunately, the stairs along the cliffs have been temporarily closed by the municipality for safety reasons. The main staircase remains freely accessible. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the "Blue Flag" multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 towards Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 towards Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und offenbar das Wetter auf unserer Seite. Das Haus ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Super sauber und prima eingerichtet. Die Lage für uns Radler top und auf der Parkfläche haben wir mit etwas Rangieren auch zwei Autos parken können :-)Und ganz nebenbei, das Restaurant „Landhaus Nienhagen“ in dem wir 2x zum Abendessen waren ist der Hammer. Oberlecker würden wir sagen…Die gesamte Abwicklung der Reise verlief absolut reibungslos. Perfekte Auszeit.
