This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.<br>This family-friendly accommodation is located in the Sabbiadoro holiday resort in the town of the same name, Sabbiadoro, a very popular holiday destination for many families. The holiday village is just 250 metres from the sea and features its own sandy beach, making it ideal for families. The wonderful, spacious pool area features a large children’s pool equipped with water slides and a swimming pool for swimmers, as well as a heated, covered pool where your children can play to their hearts’ content. The resort offers a mini-club/activity programme for children and a Young Club, as well as an entertainment programme for adults, a great playground, a wide variety of sports, a self-service restaurant, a supermarket, and a tobacco and newsstand. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to guests. The lively town centre of Sabbiadoro is just a few minutes’ walk away, with many restaurants, boutiques, amusement parks, and much more…<br>The accommodation sleeps up to 3 people (if occupied by 3 people, the third person must not be older than 12 years) and consists of a bedroom with two single beds. The third bed is created by lowering the table in the living area (the bed measures approx. 170 cm). The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and includes dishes, cutlery, and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. The seating area with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing. Barbecues are allowed. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style. <br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The sandy beach, located within walking distance, is reserved exclusively for guests of the resort. It is partially equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, but you are also welcome to bring your own chairs. The wide, gently sloping, golden-sand beach is particularly well-suited for families with small children. Guests have access to water sports: windsurfing, kitesurfing, and canoeing. In addition, various entertainment activities take place on the beach. It’s the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities. You can grab a quick snack in the shade at the Sabbiadoro Bar, which is open from morning until evening and offers an inviting selection of refreshing and delicious treats. On the beach, walkways leading to the water’s edge ensure easy access with strollers, and lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.<br>POOL<br>Our holiday guests have access to five different pools as well as a large sunbathing area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For the little ones, there are two large, beautiful children’s wading pools with water play features and a water slide, one of which is covered and heated. For older guests, there is a semi-Olympic-sized swimming pool. The hot tub guarantees complete relaxation for our adult guests.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>A team of experienced, multilingual activity leaders will gently liven up your stay. Whether it’s football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, or aqua aerobics, you’re sure to stay entertained. There’s a mini-club for children ages 3 to 10 and a Young Club for older children up to age 14, ensuring age-appropriate supervision by our activity leaders.
