Great village location for exploring FVG

Very clean, well equipped with good comfortable bed and lovely outdoor space. In residential village. Ideal location for exploring the FVG region by car. Nearby town Cervignano has good rail links to Venice and Triest if you want to go further afield. We enjoyed Grado which is just a short drive across the lagoon.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus. Großartig ist die Terrasse!!!Alle Zimmer ebenfalls sehr geräumig.Perfekte Lage (direkt am Alpe-Adria Radweg) für Radltouren.Schöne Städte in der näheren Umgebung.Vor Ort ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Viele schöne Restarants in der nahen Umgebung.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, die Hausherrin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Nachteile: Vorsicht das Haus befindet sich direkt an der Kurve, vorsicht beim raus fahren, der Nachbar ist ziemlich laut und der Brunnen läuft 24 Stunden. Großen Dank an die Vermieterin, eine ganz sympathische Frau.

Gîte bien situé pour visiter la région, confortable, bien équipé. Terrasse magnifique mais beaucoup de bruit environnant : chiens, passage de nombreux engins agricoles mais c'étaient les vendanges. Le plus gênant : aucune documentation touristique, aucun mode d'emploi pour utiliser les appareils ménagers, les téléviseurs, pas d'indication où se trouve la machine à laver, tout aurait pu être évité par un véritable accueil et non un boîtier à clés et des SMS infructueux. Dommage !

Terrasse très agréable mais l'environnement peut être bruyant, chiens, passage d'engins agricoles très tôt mais c'étaient les vendanges... Points négatifs : aucune information touristique à consulter, aucune notice d'utilisation des appareils ménagers, aucune indication pour trouver la machine à laver, télévisions difficiles à utiliser..Tout ceci aurait pu être évité si l'accueil n' était pas réduit à une cassette à clés et quelques SMS sans résultat.

Gemütliches Haus mit viel Platz und toller Terrasse

Wir fanden den Ort toll! Zum Strand muss man zwar fahren, aber alles wichtige ist mit Auto oder Fahrrad gut erreichbar: Aquileia, Grado und Cervignano, von wo aus man mit dem Zug nach Triest oder Venedig fahren kann. Die Unterkunft selbst hat "Zuhause"-Atmosphäre, es gibt genügend Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Toilette und Dusche, Extra-Toilette oben, voll ausgestattete Küche und Wachraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Schlüsselhalterin ist sehr freundlich und engagiert, die Betreuung durch die Agentur sehr verlässlich. Alles prima!

"Zuhause-Feeling"

Sauberes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, wo man alles hat, was man braucht: genug Platz, mehrere Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Toilette und Extra-Toilette oben, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, tolle Terrasse. Die Schlüsselhalterin ist sehr freundlich und engagiert; die Betreuung durch die Agentur war verlässlich und zuvorkommend. Alles prima und nächstes Jahr gleich noch mal!

Bella casa con un esterno eccezionale da vivere ogni momento della giornata. Camere comode e spaziose. Un plus la lavatrice! Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le zone interessanti di Friuli e Slovenia.
