Welcome to H.Aus.Zeit, the family-run holiday home in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. As a family, we have close ties to our forest and are also a little proud to be from Waid. We are very excited to offer you a stay at H.Aus.that, for us, stands for one of the most beautiful “spots under the white-and-blue sky.” All year round, you can expect the warmth, authenticity, and traditional customs of our homeland. The location is the perfect starting point for your adventure holiday. Away from the hustle and bustle yet right in the heart of it all, you can enjoy your accommodation while still being able to reach the area’s diverse attractions and sights in no time. The amenities you’ll find here include private parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi, a set of bed linens and towel set per person included, a travel cot / co-sleeper / safety gate available free of charge upon request, a high chair available free of charge upon request, children’s tableware available free of charge upon request, and the city bus / on-demand bus stop just 50 metres from the house. Our Rachel holiday rental, renovated in 2023, offers 80 m² of space for up to 6 people. You’ll find plenty of sleeping space in two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a living area with a pull-out sofa bed. The separate, fully equipped kitchen is a cosy place to cook and relax. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and bathtub. You’ll also have access to a covered balcony with a table and chairs. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The balance is due on-site in cash or in advance (no later than 5 days before arrival) via bank transfer or debit card. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A visitor’s tax of 1.80 EUR per person/night is payable on-site. As of 01.01.2024, the visitor’s tax is 1.95 EUR per person/night. A travel cot or baby cot is available free of charge upon request (Bed includes a mattress and fitted sheet; please bring your own bedding for hygiene reasons). A high chair is available free of charge upon request. Final cleaning, bed linens, towels, parking, and Wi-Fi are included in the base price.
