Located near the Baltic Sea in idyllic Kraksdorf, this wonderful, approximately 90 m² 4-room holiday home with 2 terraces and a fenced-in garden, accommodating up to 5 guests.

In the mood for some fresh sea air? "Dat Ostseehus" is only about 290 metres from the beach and stands out for its tasteful decor. In the chic living/dining area, a wood-burning stove and exposed beams create a cosy atmosphere. Underfloor heating adds to the comfort and is also featured in the modern kitchen. Whip up your favourite meals here and enjoy them on one of the furnished terraces. Several sun loungers and a beach chair in the garden invite you to relax. How about a table tennis tournament? Or a barbecue evening? After a great day of holiday, you’ll find a bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), one with a bunk bed (2x 80x200 cm), and one with a single bed (80x200 cm). There is also a guest bathroom. The brightly lit shower room on the lower level offers all the comfort you could wish for.

Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you. For young guests, there is a travel cot, bed rails, a changing pad, a stair gate, and a sandpit.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? Up to 2 dogs are welcome to join you for an additional fee. Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Wi-Fi is included.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung, Service war top ,sowohl Eigentümer und auch Vermittlung.Eigentlich stört es mich nicht ,keine WLAN Anbindung zu haben,aber hier hatten wir tatsächlich ziemlich schlechtes Netz, dass ist sozusagen ,dass uns gestört hat.Ist ja eigentlich Standard heute Die freundlichen Servicemitarbeiter und der Vermieter top

Tolles Haus, mit Strand vor der Haustür! Leider etwas abgelegen... Da es in einer kurtaxfreien Zone liegt, war der Strand naturbelassen, d.h. das Seegras sammelte sich an der Wasserkante... vereinzelt gab es Strandkörbe, leider gehörte keiner zu unserem Ferienhaus... Das Haus ansich ist wunderschön, liebevoll dekoriert, perfekt ausgestattet, verfügt über 2 Terrassen, eingezäuntem Garten und Gartenhäuschen mit Tischtennisplatte, Grill, Bollerwagen und Einstellmöglichkeiten für unsere Fahrräder... Wer es ruhig und abgeschieden mag ist hier genau richtig... es gibt einen kleinen Einkaufsladen vor Ort, in dem man u.a. frische Brötchen bekommt... Heiligenhafen liegt 12km entfernt, die anderen Seebäder (Kellenhusen, Grömitz) ca. 25 - 30 km... die Radwege verlaufen anfänglich auf engen Landstraßen... Wir benötigten einmal den Service für klemmende Fenstergriffe und die undichte Dusche, noch am selben Tag kam ein Handwerker vorbei und konnte das Problem lösen!! Wir haben uns nur gefragt, warum es unseren Vormietern bzw. dem Reinigungsteam nicht aufgefallen ist, das beim Duschen das halbe Bad unter Wasser steht (das muss doch auch bei der Reinigung auffallen) und die Fenster in den oberen Schlafzimmern nur schwergängig zu öffnen waren... Auch hatten wir den Eindruck, das das Haus nicht frisch gereinigt war... Große Staubflocken kamen uns unter der Couch entgegen... Kleinkindfingerspuren am Küchenfenster und diverse Spinnweben an den Wänden, sowie ein großer Laubhaufen vor der Eingangstür machten leider keinen guten Eindruck!! Insgesamt entsprach das Ferienhaus aber wirklich dem "Kraushaar" Standard, dem wir schon länger vertrauen!!
