This pleasantly spacious ground-floor apartment, with approximately 103 m² of living space, is accessed via a separate entrance. It features an open-concept living/dining area with high-quality furniture, a plasma TV, and a large dining table. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth. Firewood is provided free of charge. Underfloor heating is also available.


The fully equipped and elaborately crafted built-in kitchen, integrated into the living area, features a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with oven, a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and various small appliances that round out the excellent amenities.


The southwest-facing, partially covered terrace—complete with a beach chair to snuggle into—and the landscaped garden are accessible through the spacious sliding doors in the living area. The balcony and terrace furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.


There are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, as well as two shower rooms, each accessible directly from the bedrooms. In addition, a private sauna area with a shower and bathroom is available for your use. For occasional light laundry during your stay, there is a washing machine in the utility room.


This non-smoking apartment offers excellent comfort for 1–4 people. A small, well-behaved pet is also welcome upon request and for a fee.
