The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a cosy double bed, while Bedroom 2 features a single bed (120x200) and a bunk bed (90x200).
A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet with a sink are also available to our guests.
In addition, the apartment has a balcony with a great view of the mountains towards Westendorf.
A private parking space is located directly in the courtyard of the house.

Prices in winter (high season) range from 160-250 (New Year’s Eve, Carnival) euros per night. In summer and fall, prices range from 90–150 euros (low season).

AktiWinter Activities
The town of Brixen im Thale is part of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area, which promises endless skiing fun in winter. The ski area is considered Austria’s largest contiguous ski area and is connected to the Kitzbühel Alps. A total of 279 km of ski slopes await you.

The Kitzbühel ski area, with its breathtaking view of the Kaiser, borders directly on the SkiWelt. This ski area can be reached in 10 minutes by car or bus from the apartment, or directly across the mountain via the gondola. Toboggan runs are available.

Summer Activities
In summer, it serves as the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours (mountain biking, e-biking).

Brixen im Thale features a recreational complex with an adventure pool, a swimming lake, a beach volleyball court, a Kneipp facility, tennis courts, and an idyllically landscaped fishing pond for a change of pace. The Filzalmsee in Hochbrixen has become a major attraction, surrounded by many places to play and explore. It’s also the starting point for many beautiful alpine pasture and themed hikes.
