The house was in built in rural style. The apartment has a terrace with free dream view of Schruns and the Hochjoch. The equipment is complete and modern. The apartment is divided into Art Studio: the bedroom with double bed was not separated from the living area, so that an open and bright picture. The comfortable sofa bed is suitable for 2 persons. The bathroom is equipped with shower, the toilet is separate. The living area has a small but complete kitchen.
