This three-room apartment is located on the ground floor, measures 66 square metres, and is the ideal holiday home for four people on the beautiful Baltic Sea coast. The lovingly furnished living room features a cosy corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a sound system, and a fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living room with natural light. The private northeast-facing terrace, adjacent to the living room and featuring a lounge area and dining area, offers a harmonious holiday experience. Separate from the living room are the two bedrooms, each with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm / 180 x 200 cm; each with two separate mattresses), and the bathroom, which features a walk-in glass shower, an XXL sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer.


In the bedroom, an extra bed can be provided for a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot. You can add the travel cot for an additional fee.

So that you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. A guest bathroom with a hand-painted sink rounds out the holiday comfort for four. One of the bedrooms features a flat-screen TV, so you can watch your favourite show even while snuggled up together in that heavenly little bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and many useful kitchen utensils. You can reach the beach promenade via a small side path in less than 2 minutes.

A parking space is available right next to the house and can be easily accessed from your terrace, among other places. This makes unloading your luggage a breeze. An lift, a bicycle storage room, and free
Wi-Fi access are among the amenities at Haus Nordic and round out your holiday comfort.


A special bonus: With your spa card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderline buses for free within the municipality of Ostseebad Heringsdorf. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the pier from April through October.
