Spanning 120 square metres, there’s plenty of space for up to 8 adult guests and two toddlers under 2 years old. With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, and a stylish, cosy living-dining area with a fireplace, it’s the perfect place to enjoy your holiday.

The garden surrounding the holiday home is spacious. For kids, there are plenty of opportunities and space in the garden and around the holiday home to play, run around, and make friends. A nearby playground offers many more play options.

Leisure:

The charming holiday town of Pepelow is located directly on the Salzhaff, offers small local shops, and is also a wonderful starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea coast with its seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, the island of Poel, or the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar.

Right nearby is the San Pepelone campground (700 m) with a kiteboarding and surfing school, a small shop (open during the season) for daily necessities and fresh-baked rolls, the Seaside beach restaurant, a fish stand serving freshly caught seafood, and a varied breakfast menu.

The natural beach features a playground, beach volleyball, rentals of surfing gear, boats, and bicycles, as well as fishing.

The “Strandsegler” thatched-roof cottage is a 5-room holiday home spanning 120 square metres, offering comfortable and high-quality amenities. You’re guaranteed to be in a great holiday mood the moment you arrive at the holiday home.

On the ground floor:

Spacious entryway to welcome you home. Generous, high-quality, and stylishly furnished living-dining area with a cosy sofa corner and a fireplace. The kitchen features a large dining table for 8 people and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 5-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave with grill function, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, and plenty of other kitchen utensils. The kitchen opens directly onto the beautiful 40-square-meter terrace area. Here, you can enjoy the garden and the vast expanse of the Baltic Sea sky.
Bedroom No. 1 on the ground floor features a box-spring double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), 2 dressers, and a TV.
Bathroom with a sauna, a large walk-in rain shower, and an additional bidet.
Utility area with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs:

There are three additional bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom No. 2 with a box-spring double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a TV. Bedroom No. 3 features a box-spring double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), TV, and closet; Bedroom No. 4 features a box-spring double bed (1.40 m x 2 m), TV, and closet. A separate workspace for guests is being set up in the hallway. A custom, cosy bathroom under the thatched roof features a bathtub, rain shower, and bidet.

Pets: A maximum of 1 well-behaved dog is welcome in the holiday home. Cost: 12 euros/night, plus a pet final cleaning fee. The dog must be registered and paid for in full before arrival.
