Beautifully and elegantly furnished, the Hygge holiday home is located in a cosy holiday home complex in the resort town of Pepelow, right on the tranquil Salzhaff Bay of the Baltic Sea. Stunning natural surroundings and tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, turn every day of your holiday here into a relaxing break and provide a lasting sense of calm. The swimming area and the hidden-gem surf spot on Salzhaff are just 900 metres away. Perfect for families, active holidaymakers, a relaxing getaway with good friends, or remote work.


The spacious outdoor sauna with a relaxation area, the bubbling whirlpool in the thatched-roof bathroom, or the cosy, warming fireplace—our guests have essentially booked the “feel-good package” at Hygge right along with their stay. Spread over 108 square metres, there’s plenty of space in 3 cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a super cosy living-dining area.

The garden surrounding the holiday home is completely fenced in and borders directly on a nature reserve. For kids, there are plenty of spots in the garden and around the holiday home to hide, play, run around, and make friends. A nearby playground offers many more opportunities for play.

Leisure:
The charming holiday town of Pepelow is located directly on the Salzhaff, offers small local shops, and is also a wonderful starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea coast with its seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, the island of Poel, or the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar.

In the immediate vicinity is the San Pepelone campground (700 m), featuring a kiteboarding and surfing school, a small shop (open during the season) for daily necessities and fresh-baked rolls, the Seaside beach restaurant, a fish stand serving freshly caught seafood, and a varied breakfast menu.

The natural beach features a playground, beach volleyball, rentals of surfing equipment, boats, and bicycles, and fishing.

Hygge House:

The thatched-roof Hygge House is a 4-bedroom holiday home spanning 108 square metres, offering comfortable and high-quality amenities that leave nothing to be desired.

On the ground floor:

A spacious entryway to welcome you, a generous living and dining area with a cosy sofa nook and fireplace, as well as a Smart Magenta TV. The kitchen features a large dining table for 6 people and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo pods), a filter attachment for brewing coffee, egg cooker, waffle iron, mixer, and, most recently, a popcorn machine. The kitchen opens onto two terrace areas, offering a magnificent view of the adjacent forest and nature reserve.

Bedroom 1 features a French bed (1.40 m x 2 m), a wardrobe, a TV, and access to the outdoor area. Bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to the outdoor sauna and outdoor shower.

Upstairs:

There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 2 features a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a large, rustic built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 features a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), another custom built-in closet, and a quiet workspace.
The wellness bathroom, with a view of the unspoiled natural landscape, invites you to relax in the whirlpool and the large shower with a rain showerhead.

Around the Hygge holiday home:

The house features a private outdoor area with an exclusive sauna house, a relaxation area in the garden, and an outdoor shower (available from late April through late October). There are terraces surrounding the house, so you can always find the perfect spot to enjoy the sun or the shade. Garden furniture, a patio umbrella, an electric grill, and a beach chair invite you to relax together. There’s also a separate garden shed for bicycles and outdoor equipment (available starting in summer 2022). Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
