Das Haus war sehr komfortabel, Da ich ältere Besucher hatte, die nicht mehr so ganz gut zu Fuß sind, hätte ich mir ein paar Haltegriffe in der Dusche gewünscht.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit wirklich schöner Sauna im Garten. Sauberkeit nicht ganz fünf Sterne wert, Agentur hat jedoch schnell und entgegenkommend auf Feedback reagiert.

völlige Einöde

Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in 8km Entfernung. Völlig tot, keinerlei Infrastruktur.Der Strand vor Ort ist ungepflegt und lädt keineswegs zum Verweilen ein, Rerik wesentlich schöner, Entfernung 10km. Vorgefunden hatten wir eine oberflächlich gereinigte Unterkunft, Rasen nicht gemäht, ungepflegt, paßt so nicht ins Allgemeinbild. Stühle im Außenbereich nicht gereinigt, Grünspan auf Holzliegen, Auflagenbox verschlossen, Code nicht anwendbar.Insekten und Spinnengewebe im Hygienebereich Sauna, Grill vom Vornutzer völlig verdreckt.Müssen die Mieter angeblich reinigen, das Equipment ist selbst zu organisieren. Zwei rauchmelder selbst demontiert, da diese obwohl bis 2027 geprüft, nachts aktiv wurden. Nach auskunft der Agentur, hat die Unterkunft vor 1,5 Monaten eine Grundreinigung erfahren. Kommunikation mit der Agentur sehr aufwändig und keineswegs entgegenkommend. Der exorbitante Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis- keine Empfehlung! Leider kein wirklicher Erholungs-Effekt

Lieber Gast, wir bedauern, dass unser Ferienhaus Hygge nicht die richtige Wahl für Ihren Urlaub gewesen ist. Unsere Gäste sind immer sehr zufrieden und schätzen die ländlich ruhige Lage am Salzhaff sehr. Die Infrastruktur, die Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses werden vor Buchung genau beschrieben, um eben unerwünschte Überraschungen zu vermeiden. Daher ist es schade, dass der Aufenthalt so stark daran gemessen wird. Für den nächsten Urlaub empfehlen wir vorab zu prüfen, ob die Lage des Ferienobjektes auch Ihren Bedürfnissen entspricht.
