My family and I rented this great house to attend a birthday party in town. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We should have used the kayaks but could not fit it in with everything else we had planned. I would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect for a family getaway!!!

Great Stay on the Intercoastal

Our family and our dog enjoyed staying at this great home. The views and the sunsets were amazing. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and quick to respond to all questions and requests. We had a great stay!

Great place in a super setting

Extended family ages 4 to 73 enjoyed it immensely - eating on the upper deck watching the sunset over the river; pool; spa. Plenty of room to spread out in the house.

Loved this house and view!!!!

Great vacation choice

Our family enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, game room, as well as fishing from the dock. Location great for touring St. Augustine and enjoying local seafood. We also enjoyed driving on the beach! And, fenced yard great for our dogs--having plenty of room w/o having to be on leash.

The property was very clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Perfect location for enjoying the boats on the waterway. Quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the porches with an awesome breeze blowing through.

Home away from home

This is the second time that we have rented from Donna and once again enjoyed our stay! There is so much to do at her house alone with the pool and games provided! Also plenty of space for a large family !

It really is an amazing back yard! Hopefully you saw the dolphins playing & swimming. Fishing off the dock where you always catch a fish!!! Relaxing in the large heated pool and hot tub while watching the yachts cruise by. The beautiful sunsets are amazing! Having a boat ramp in your own back yard is awesome too for launching kayaks easily. Just Perfect with the beach a 5 minute walk away!

I made sure the pool was at 89 degrees this time of year. It’s so nice to swim in a warm pool when weather is a little chilly. Hope you had the opportunity to use the kayaks. It’s a lot of fun and the private boat ramp being in your back yard is awesome. Most guest get the chance to see dolphins and love watching them from the fishing dock. Love to hear from you again. Best beach house ever!

We have rented beach homes for quite a few years. This is by far the best home we have stayed in. The house has everything you need-kayaks,top of the line appliances and linens,a pool,fishing dock,beach chairs and umbrellas....and a short walk to the beach. Our family had a wonderful time, and we are looking forward to returning!
