Built in 2024 and certified as a 5-star property, the Ostseeblick apartment is a spacious and modern holiday rental measuring approximately 148 square metres, ideal for 4–6 people. If you book for 4 people, the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor of the apartment are available to you; if the entire apartment is booked for 5 or more people, the rooms on the top floor are also included.
The apartment features numerous exceptional amenities that will make your stay unforgettable.

A highlight is the private wellness area on the ground floor, complete with a shower/bathroom, sauna, relaxation area with four loungers, and access to the terrace with a large garden. You can enjoy the sound of the Baltic Sea in the background while reading a good book on the terrace.

You’ll enjoy a breathtaking view through the large panoramic windows in the living area on the ground floor, overlooking the vast expanse of the Baltic Sea.

The living area and the bedrooms on the ground floor feature a Smart TV, and of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property so you can go online anytime you need to. Wired internet access is also available at the desks in all bedrooms.
In the living area, the rotating fireplace provides additional cosy warmth when needed. Upon your arrival, we’ll provide you with enough beechwood logs for 3–4 fires.
All bedrooms are equipped with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) including a gel topper, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

A fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals is also available.
For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available on the ground floor.

The apartment features a large corner terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. Here, you can relax at any time and enjoy the open views. From May through October, you’ll also find a beach chair there.

The holiday home offers 2 free parking spaces as well as a private garage for the secure storage of your bicycles, beach gear, etc. Cars can always be parked for free in front of the garage on the property. Additional free parking spaces are available in the public areas nearby.

We provide 2 wall boxes (11 kW) next to the garages for your electric vehicles. Billing is based on consumption, starting at 40 cents/kWh. You can activate the charging stations using the codes we provide, which also grant you access to your apartment.
