In the garden, you'll find a patio with a beach chair (seasonal) and a private sauna. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room with an open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a microwave. In the basement, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer, and a washer-dryer, as well as a bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200), TV, mirror, and closet. On the upper floor, you’ll find the second bedroom with a double bed, TV, closet, and a south-facing balcony; there is also a bathroom here with a shower, toilet, and towel dryer. In the attic is the third bedroom with an Arte-M floating bed and a small closet.

A well-behaved dog is permitted upon prior notice and for a fee (€10 per pet/day).

The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
