Nestled in nature with stunning views, halfway between Montcuq and Prayssac, this 120 m² characterful gîte offers a true immersion in the authenticity of southwest France. Surrounded by woods and meadows, with no disturbances or neighbors, it’s perfect for recharging in total peace. Private pool (10 x 5 m).

Bright living room: large bay window opens onto a balcony with panoramic views over rolling hills. A beautiful fireplace adds charm for autumn evenings.

Dining area: a separate, friendly space.

Remote work: dedicated desk with high-speed internet for a peaceful, productive stay.

Fully equipped kitchen: large fridge, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker.

Bathrooms: on the ground floor, bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine) and separate toilet. Upstairs, a second toilet with washbasin for extra comfort.



Outdoors & Relaxation

Pool & spa: large private pool with direct views over the Cahors vineyards and an outdoor hot tub to unwind after a day exploring.

Terraces: two garden lounge areas (front/back) to follow the sun, hammock in the shade, and barbecue for summer evenings.

On site: direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike circuits.

Nearby: canoeing on the Lot and breathtaking views from the Bélaye viewpoint (3 km).

Une semaine en famille

Nous avons réservé cette location pour une semaine avec nos deux garçons de 15 et 11 ans, la location est au calme, au milieu des vignes, pas de voisin, ni de vis à vis. La piscine est grande non chauffée, mais très appréciable par ces chaleurs, le jacuzzi est également apprécié par les plus grand. La maison peu accueillir 8 personnes, elle est propre, bien équipée et surtout écologique puisqu’elle fonctionne aux panneaux solaires. La maison est à 15min des commerces et 30min de Cahors, pas mal de lieu à visiter aux alentours. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Nous vous recommandons cette location.
