Enjoy a 100% feel-good atmosphere on Juist! Our high-quality holiday rental, “Kleines Zauberland,” invites you to spend wonderfully relaxing holiday days!

From the back of the house, a spiral staircase leads you to the bright and well-laid-out apartment (ground floor + attic). It features a spacious living/dining area, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest bathroom. Enjoy the sun and fresh North Sea air on the south-facing balcony as well as on the terrace with a beach chair and barbecue area in the basement.

Custom-made furniture and harmonious colour schemes create the perfect cosy atmosphere. The modern kitchen lets you become a true gourmet even while on holiday. So, social evenings with a 4-course meal are guaranteed! In the living/dining room, the bench with a dining table and chairs creates a cosy atmosphere. You can also relax on the couch to read a book or watch TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony.

The separate bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and has access to a separate bathroom. After a walk on the beach, why not enjoy the apartment’s own sauna? The bedroom on the loft (top floor) also features a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The sloped ceilings create a particularly cosy atmosphere. Both bedrooms are equipped with modern TVs. Note: Due to the sloped ceilings, the bedroom on the top floor is more suitable for children or teenagers. The steep staircase is not suitable for everyone (see photo).

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available at no charge.

This is a non-smoking apartment, and we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed. From November through March, the balcony furniture is not available. You can access the apartment from the back of the house via a spiral staircase.

A holiday on Juist means idyllic horse-drawn carriage rides, long bike tours through picturesque landscapes, and sunny days spent swimming at the beach!
