The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit. Beautiful villa "Mega". In the hamlet Šajini 9 km from the centre of Barban, in a quiet, sunny position, 12 km from the sea. Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (60 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table tennis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 250 m, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 5.3 km, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 12 km. Riding stable 2.5 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: adventure park 1.5 km.
