Villa Leona is situated in the heart of Istria, on the outskirts of a small village. Beaches in Rovinj, charming medieval towns of inner Istria,
historic monuments of Pula ... are all within 30 minutes from the house. The supermarket, restaurants, shops are
within 10 minutes drive.

The house is newly built and modernly decorated. The closed and fenced private garden features a large
swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, plenty of space for children, charcoal grill and a large outside dining table.
There is also a swingset and a slide for children!

The interior is new, modern and spacious. There are 5 beautiful bedrooms, the house has
a capacity for 10 people, while extra child cots are available. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen,
a spacious and comfortable living room, one bedroom, one bathroom and a room with a football table.
The first floor has 4 more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Each bedroom and the living room are air-conditioned, the house has free FLAT WiFi for our guests,
private parking is ensured.

Wonderful location and excellent home with superb facilities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Leona. The house is large and beautifully appointed. It is equipped superbly and has a fabulous pool. The location is quiet and rural but within easy reach of many of the beaches and beautiful Istrian towns. We recommend highly!

The house is very spacious, spotless clean and well equipped, situated in a quiet, central part of Istria. This is an ideal venue to completely disconnect and enjoy long sunny days at the swimming pool, or playing a game of table football. The hosts were amazing: from the warm welcome & tour of the house to meeting all our requests in no time. We even got fruits, juice and a bottle of local brandy and wine. This is a great place to stay, and I can only warmly recommend it. We hope we will be back soon.

Very well Managed House in a very quiet, pressant and weil located village

All Good. Only think we were not aware of is that one can’t have guests come over for lunch unless they are registered by the host family at the tourist administration.

Fabulous villa in a beautiful location

We spent 10 days in this wonderful villa. It was exactly as described and the pool was fantastic. The area was quiet (exactly what we were after), but the main towns of Porec, Pula and Rovinj were easily accessible and all within around a 30 minute drive. There were also plenty of lovely restaurants/supermarkets in the nearby towns of Pazin and Zminj. We received a warm welcome and the communication with the owner was great prior to and throughout our holiday. I would highly recommend this villa and will certainly be back if ever back in that area. Thanks again for a great holiday.

Family reunion

This trip was an opportunity for my mother and sister who are from Croatia to reunite with family after leaving for Canada 50 years ago. The villa was a wonderful place for us to stay as we were a bit too large of a group to all fit comfortably at relatives homes, but also an opportunity for privacy and downtime, as well as to explore the region as well when not with family and friends. The hosts were wonderful, very gracious and made us feel very welcomed and at home, and any time we needed any assistance, they were just steps away from the property as they live just down the road, and responded immediately. They supplied fresh fruit and beverages for our arrival which was appreciated as we had a long drive to get to the property. We only wish we had an opportunity to stay and enjoy the property for a longer period of time. It was very peaceful, well kept and clean. We will definitely be booking the villa again for future stays if we are back. Thank you & Hvala to the Kresina family!

Villa Leone

Nice and informative welcome from the host, with cold drinks and fruit. Spacious and very clean house, and lovely clean pool. Overall we had a wonderful stay, but considering that the property is meant for 10 persons some things could be improved: 2 more sunbeds (there were only 8) More outdoor furniture, fx café tables and chairs on 1st floor balconies. And a light set of table and chairs outside the kitchen doors. There were wooden table and benches in the garage but they were very heavy to manouvre round the garden chasing the shade. More cutlery, plates, glasses etc to avoid having to start the dishwasher so often. A bigger refrigerator and generally more cooling capacity. Note that the house neighbours a working farm which can be both romantically authentic and annoying (noise and smell). But as already said, it was a wonderful holiday week.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 Giorni lo scorso Giugno a Villa Leona e ci siamo trovati davvero bene.Casa molto ampia, su due piani separati (la scala che li collega è esterna e non interna). Condizionatore nella zona giorno ed in tutte le camere da letto, cosa veramente rara da trovare!Tv presenti in tutte le camere (tranne una).Ci sono 2 lavatrici, una per piano.Cucina veramente ben accessoriata, come poche ne abbiamo trovate, anche se potrei consigliare l'aggiunta di qualche pentola antiaderente ed una macchina da caffè che faccia anche il caffè espresso :)Spazio esterno ampio e ben tenuto, con zona barbeque, ampia e fantastica piscina con sdraio ed ombrelloni.Zona tranquilla ed isolata, attività agricole nelle immediate vicinanze ma per noi avere le mucche che ci salutavano al mattino è stato solo un valore aggiunto.Necessità di auto anche per andare a fare la spesa.I proprietari sono persone squisite, e sono stati veramente molto gentili e disponibili: a causa di un recente temporale c'era un problema con la connessione internet ma hanno prontamente sistemato il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo (ed era un sabato). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo paragonato alle altre proposte di case della stessa zona.A presto Villa Leona!

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Jedes Kind hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und im Haus gab es alles was wir benötigten. Das Haus war sauber und der Pool wirklich toll. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Check in und Check out waren flexibel und unkompliziert. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Schön!

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal als größere Gruppe hier in dem Haus, und wir fanden es auch erneut wieder wirklich schön. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen und gelangt schnell an schöne Städte. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Haus ist wirklich schön und groß! Es gibt nur 2 Punkt die ein wenig „störend“ sind aber nicht ausschlaggebend. Die Küche ist für die Personenanzahl ziemlich klein und auch das Inventar in der Küche ist nicht wirklich ausreichend für so eine große Anzahl an Leuten. Und die vielen Insekten die einen 24 Stunden besuchen und auch stören könnten! Aber wir würden auch erneut wieder hierherkommen weil es wirklich wunderbar ist!

Das Haus war sauber, die Küche ist aber etwas klein für so viele Leute und hat auch nur wenig Besteck, Töpfe, etc. Wir hatten extra nach einem Haus gesucht, bei welchem Veranstaltungen erlaubt sind. Als wir aber ankamen wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nur bis 10 laut sein dürfen und auch, dass wir niemanden einladen dürften. Jetzt nach unserem Aufenthalt wurde die Beschreibung zu Veranstaltungen gestattet: Familientreffen geändert. Sonst hatten wir aber einen guten Aufenthalt und die Hausverwalterin ist auch angagiert und hilft wo sie kann.

ALMOST PERFECT!!

Das Haus entspricht genau den Angaben, ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind wunderbar. Fliegen und Wespen hatten wir dank der Unterstützung der Gastgeber gleich im Griff. Wenn man in Laufweite noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder ein Café hätte, dann wäre es für mich perfekt! :) Trotzdem kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen. Fast perfekt!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten gute Ausflugsempfehlungen. Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und in einem sehr guten sauberen Zustand. Jeder Wohn - und Schlafraum war klimatisiert. Die Poolanlage war sauber und gepflegt, allerdings gab es ein Manko: Wespen die tagsüber schon recht häufig einen belästigten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub aber weit abgelegen

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die vielen Fliegen im Haus. Man musste alle Fenster und Türen immer geschlossen halten deswegen. Das Haus ist sehr schön aber weit abgelegen so das man in die nächsten Städte mindestens 30 km fahren muss. Die Sitzgruppe aus Holz ist unbequem und da würden Stühle besser passen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Was will man mehr

Sehr ausführlicher Check in mit Rundgang, Erklärungen, Informationen zur Umgebung. Ein sehr geräumiges sehr für ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhaus/Villa. Ich war der einzige der 8-köpfigen Gruppe der nicht im Pool war. Ende August waren die Nächte schon <20 Grad, deshalb war der Pool für mich zu kalt.

Wir haben ganze 13 wunderschöne Tage in Villa Leona verbracht. Das Haus war traumhaft schön, hatte alles was man gebraucht hat und es war in einer schönen ruhigen und geselligen Lage. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, was natürlich super war, da wir täglich zu 10t den Pool benutzt haben. Die Kommunikation zwischen Mieter und uns war einwandfrei, sie waren steht’s für einen da und versuchten einem zu helfen in egal welcher Lage. Coole Unternehmungen, Restaurants und Einkaufsläden waren innerhalb von höchstens 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die unvergessliche und schöne Zeit dort und empfehlen es vom Herzen nur weiter!

Traumhaft

Die Villa ist gepflegt, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool stets sauber und hatte immer eine super Wasserqualität. Der Pool wird jede Nacht gereinigt. Die Tochter des Vermieters kümmert sich um Check-in/out. Die Villa befindet sich in einem kleinen abgeschiedenen, ruhigen Ort. Ideal für Entspannung und Ruhe. Auf das Auto ist man daher angewiesen. Für die ganze Familie ein traumhafter Urlaub und ein wunderschön gepflegtes Anwesen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
