Die Qualität des Bettes war schlecht, was zu wenig Ruhe führte – das Letzte, was man im Urlaub will. Auch das für die Buchung zuständige deutsche Unternehmen „Vermietungsservice“ Lübecker Bucht musste um eine erstattbare Anzahlung gebeten werden, was eigentlich automatisch erfolgen sollte. Sie haben außerdem grundlos 5 Euro einbehalten und behauptet, noch nie mit einer ausländischen Familie zu tun gehabt zu haben. Es wurde keine Quittung ausgestellt. Die Lage war wunderschön.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Leider gab es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, deshalb auch keine Bewertung. Wir haben über Mails immer mit dem Vermietungsservice Kontakt aufgenommen. Checkin und Checkout erfolgte über eine Schlüsselbox.
