Die Qualität des Bettes war schlecht, was zu wenig Ruhe führte – das Letzte, was man im Urlaub will. Auch das für die Buchung zuständige deutsche Unternehmen „Vermietungsservice“ Lübecker Bucht musste um eine erstattbare Anzahlung gebeten werden, was eigentlich automatisch erfolgen sollte. Sie haben außerdem grundlos 5 Euro einbehalten und behauptet, noch nie mit einer ausländischen Familie zu tun gehabt zu haben. Es wurde keine Quittung ausgestellt. Die Lage war wunderschön.
