Eine schöne kleine DG Wohnung. Am Bahnweg sehr zentral gelegen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Leider keine adäquate Abstellmöglichkeit für Ebikes.

Anfänglich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Treppe optisch zur Wohnung gehört, und auf engem Raum viele Zimmer abgehen. Haben uns aber dann sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer der Wohnung war angemessen und sehr angenehm. Perfekt für Leute, die gerne eine moderne Umgebung haben, bei denen Luxus aber nicht an erster Stelle steht. Es war alles da, was man so braucht, die Strandnähe war akzeptabel, der Straßenlärm der stärker befahrenen Straße war durch gute Isolierung nicht so im Vordergrund.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber für zwei Personen ausreichend. Leider ist die Lage nicht so schön da sie sich direkt an der Hauptstraße befindet. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen daher sehr laut. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Badewanne zum Duschen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht.
