Fully equipped private apartment with air conditioning, approx. 55 square meters, in a quiet location with excellent public transportation access
A beautiful, newly renovated 55-square-meter private apartment awaits you, fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Saarland.
The apartment features a super comfortable 1.80-meter box-spring bed, as well as a spacious, new, luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub.
In the living room, you’ll find a cozy genuine leather sofa with a chaise longue, a 55-inch high-end smart TV with Ambilight, and a small desk where you can work in peace or use as a dining table if needed. Board games are also available for rainy days.
The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. In addition to plenty of dishes and cutlery, this includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a stove, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an electric kettle, and more.
The building has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a small fee.
To stock up the spacious refrigerator, there are grocery stores just a few minutes’ walk (2–3) away.
A basic supply of oil, vinegar, and spices, as well as coffee and tea, is provided free of charge in the apartment.
We’re happy to provide excellent bus connections to all corners of the Saarland and free suggestions for day trips as a bonus ;-)
My guests have their own entrance with a private door leading to the apartment. Access is via the building’s shared entrance and hallway.
Check-in is handled via a key safe, so late arrivals aren’t a problem.
If you have any questions, recommendations, or want tips on things to do, I’m happy to help at any time—either by phone or in person.
There’s also a display with various brochures and travel guides featuring leisure tips for the Saarland and the surrounding area.
Surrounding area;
The apartment is located on a quiet residential street not far from the town center. The town center is a convenient 2–3-minute walk away and offers all the shops you need for daily necessities:
- Supermarket
- Bakery
- Butcher
- Clothing
- Restaurants
- Snack bar
- etc.
At the same time, you’re spared from street and party noise, allowing you to enjoy your stay in peace, while also benefiting from excellent public transportation connections.
Due to the difficult parking situation in downtown Saarbrücken, the best way to get there is by bus, which departs every 10 minutes (travel time approx. 12 minutes)
The bus stop is just a few meters away on foot.
The university is about an 8-minute bus ride away, with several departures per hour.
Transportation connections are very good:
To the city center:
- by bus every 10 minutes (travel time approx. 12 minutes)
- by car approx. 10 minutes
To the university:
- by bus every 10 minutes (travel time approx. 8 minutes)
- by car approx. 5 minutes
Unfortunately, the airport is located a bit outside the city; I recommend taking a taxi (cost approx. €25; travel time approx. 20 minutes)
I’d also be happy to organize transportation for you.
The highway (A623) is about a 5-minute drive away.
A6/A8: approx. 10 minutes
Free street parking is available, subject to availability.
A low-cost (€5/day), covered, and video-monitored parking garage is also available a 3-minute walk away.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
